COFFEE TOFFEE EXPLOSION ICE CREAM

For the ice cream

2 cups whipping cream

1 cup homo

1 cup sugar

1 iced Nespresso, brewed and cooled or add an additional Starbucks Via

2 Noel Starbucks via instant, or your favourite coffee flavour

3/4-1 pkg Skor bits

Add all ingredients except Skor bits to a bowl and whisk until incorporated. Pour into ice cream machine and process 25 minutes. Add Skor bits slowly and process another 5 minutes. Transfer soft ice cream to freezer container and let freeze for a minimum of 4 hours.
